Click on the left side menu and find "Performance". From there click on "Account Health"

You will see a red mark next to whatever the violation is. Click on the text that has the red icon and from there it will tell you what you need to fix in order to get your account reinstated. It could be anything from a suspected intellectual property violation to a listing policy violation.

Your second screen capture looks like you acknowledged the violations but did you do anything further?

In the third screen capture Amazon states your submission didn't adequately address the reason for removal.

Hi @Happy_Shopping09,

Thank you for your post, the screenshots, and the performance notification you shared. Based off the post and the subsequent screenshots you have provided, you will need to resolve your listing violations to raise your Account Health Rating (AHR) score. Based off the screenshots you have provided, your current AHR score is 72. The minimum score for an account to be activated is 100. Therefore, you will need to resolve enough of these violations to raise the score above that minimum threshold.

I see that according to the screenshots, there are reviews in progress. We would need to allow those reviews to be completed prior to taking further action. With this in mind, can you share what information you have sent in? For violations of this type, typically invoices are required for reinstatement. Because we are seeing the "Repeat Violation" on the violations, you may not be able to simply acknowledge the violation, and an appeal may be required to reinstate the listings. Once the current review has been completed, please feel free to share the outcome so that we can guide you should new appeals be required.

Please feel free to reach out with any further questions or account updates, and we will assist you as best we can.

Regards,

Troy
