What Amazon not accepting my Invoice

I have submitted this invoice which I original received from the supplier. Tried to contact the supplier several times and they confirmed this is the only invoice they have and provide to the customer.

If you paid taxes you have a receipt not an invoice. Thats why they won't accept it for brand ungating.

That's a receipt and retail arbitrage will get you suspended on the new Amazon.

I would first ask for you to clarify the exact situation you're experiencing. You tagged "deactivated", has your account be deactivated? Can you provide the deactivation notice you received if so?

Regarding your documentation, you mentioned this was the original invoice from the original supplier. The inquiry I have is if you are utilizing an authorized distributor that has been approved by the brand to redistribute their products and or brands. Additionally, have you or your business been directly approved to sell this brand by the rights owner?

When it comes to our invoice requirements, we will need you to ensure that you review our responsible sourcing help page:

Listed below are the requirements for sourcing documentation request:

  • Copies of invoices, receipts or other similar documents that demonstrate where your products are produced or manufactured
  • These documents:
  • Should reflect the sales volume of your product across all Amazon marketplaces in the last 365 days
  • Should demonstrate your product’s full supply chain
  • Should include contact information for the supplier(s) and the original manufacturer. We may contact suppliers or manufacturers to verify the documents
  • Your documents should be able to trace your products to the original manufacturer even if you did not purchase them directly from the xoriginal manufacturer. This may require requesting additional invoices or supply chain documentation from your supplier if you are not sourcing directly from the manufacturer.
  • You may remove pricing information, but the rest of the document must be visible to enable adequate review of the documents you provide. For ease of our review, you may highlight or circle the ASIN(s) under review.
