On the other hand, here's how you can violate the variation policy:
Adding incorrect variation under the ASINs you created.
Adding products that are different from the parent ASIN.
Editing the parent's listing page so it won't match its children.
Adding multi-pack variations that aren't manufacturer-created to an already existing parent.
Adding multi-pack children by bundling two or more of the same manufacturer products.
Adding products that are newer versions or models of the parent ASIN.

We definitely understand the frustration when there are violations associated to a duplicate listing. When you are listing your products, how do you go about determining that the listing you are under is the right one? Do you have any verification processes for ensuring that the details of the listing match your product?
In terms of your violation, there will need to be steps taken. You will want to remove the listing from your inventory. This may open an additional acknowledgement path that you can access through the account health page. Once acknowledged, the violation should be removed from the account health page.
