Leadership team can't solve customer review violating guidelines
Hello,
Leadership team can't solve case 16900158221.
Background:
A customer review violates community guidelines. Which can't be solved with simple Report button because there is no context.
Actions Taken:
1) The Report button has been pressed more than 6 months ago.
2) Mail to community-help@amazon.com has been sent more than 6 months ago.
3) Seller Support can't review and remove the review.
4) Leadership team can't review/remove review & does not process transfer to related team.
I had shared in the case Sources from Official Institutes that supports review is a defamation, and can't get to the corresponding Moderation Review Team or corresponding team for it's Urgent removal.
Appreciate your help.

Your issue is not that Amazon "can't solve customer review violating guidelines"
Your issue is that Amazon will not remove a review at your behest.
They never do.
When Amazon removes reviews it will be for reasons of their own.
Those buyer-facing guidelines are just that -- guidelines. Not rules. It is not a rule right up until the moment that Amazon decides (for reasons of their own) that it is a rule. Do not confuse buyer guidelines with seller guidelines. Seller guidelines are rules.
