Hello,

The customer returned my product and said its missing parts. I package and inspect my shipments before sending them in and it would be obvious if a product was missing a part. Also, I send small quantities at a time. The product itself ways 1.3lbs without the missing 'piece' it ways ~0.4lbs.. not sure if amazon checks the weight of the item when they receive it but I am wondering if I can submit a claim or if I should just let it go
