Wrong phone number in "get product support" and Amazon provide customer wrong email address and phone number
The Amazon customer order interface has a “get product support” button. After clicking in, the contact number is NOT our phone number. Instead, it is the phone number of another local cabinet light supplier in the United States (we found out through Google that the phone number corresponded to a cabinet light supplier with a company name similar to ours). CASE: 13743529871-3 months still unresolved.
In addition, today a customer reported that Amazon provided him with the wrong email address. According to the customer’s screenshot, the email address. In fact, these are not our contact information. According to the investigation, this is also a company with the same name as ours. The email address is theirs, but the phone number is not. And this phone number is not the same as the previous wrong phone number. We don’t know where it came from.

Did you initially enroll your products in the Product Lifecycle Support program? If so, I believe you can make the change yourself in the Product Support Dashboard.
If you have not yet enrolled, please click on the link above and review. It provides all the different types of support programs that there are and provides a link to the dashboard to start enrolling your products.
