Sounds like one of those places that sells everything under the sun but isn't an actual brand approved distributor. That's why Amazon isn't accepting your documents; they don't like your source and the supply chain can't be verified.
Did you contact the brands of the products you're selling for permission to sell on Amazon and to ask who their approved distributors are? I doubt the wholesaler you purchased from is on their approved list.
There are numerous threads on this topic but @Seller_kIukTwdhvntAp provided great information in this post and in this post. The days when you could just purchase products from most anywhere or anybody and sell them on Amazon are long gone. Nowadays everything needs approval.

As you mentioned, there was a request to complete verification due to a concern with your supply chain our sourcing methods. Were you listing or selling branded products? Do "you" have direct authorization from the brand or rights owner?
We likely won't call them. The concern you mention is that we cannot verify your supplier is verified, calling the supplier would not be beneficial. We would need confirmation that they were previously approved by the brand or rights owner. Does your suppliers have a letter of authorization issued to them by the brand? A letter of authorization does not provide price or other related information, so your supplier should be able to provide you with a copy for submission. If a letter of authorization if not available, we will need to confirm your suppliers sourcing invoices. Have you requested invoices from your suppliers regarding their sourcing of these products?
As supply chain reviews are typically a dispute only scenario, if we cannot confirm the supplier is authorized, the account may not be eligible for reactivation at this time.

like what people use to smoke marijuana and other illegal substances, illegal in much of USA? That may also be why you aren't being verified. Even a legitimate invoice AND letter of authorization are not likely to help you be approved for drug paraphernalia sales on Amazon.

and just because others are doing it does not mean it is allowed on Amazon. the other listings will probably be shut down eventually.

I wanted to follow up on the invoices you mentioned.
Have you heard back on these invoices, were they accepted, or did they meet the expectations mentioned in the responsible sourcing help page?
If you're experiencing say an intellectual property complaint or suspected intellectual property violation. The letter of authorization will need to be issued directly to the seller by the brand or rights owner.
If you are experiencing concerns of authenticity, we may advised on our inability to verify your supply chain which, we can accept invoices from your suppliers supplier, or a recent letter of authorization that your supplier received directly from the brand.
We cannot accept a letter of authorization issued by your supplier, unless you're sourcing directly from the brand itself.
