Help with changing my business information

I'm facing a frustrating issue with my Amazon Seller Central account and could really use some advice or guidance.
Recently, I encountered a problem where Amazon is not allowing me to change my business name, which doesn't match the name assigned to my VAT. Everything was running smoothly with my product sales until Amazon suddenly blocked my account, citing a mismatch in my name or address.
I've diligently provided all the necessary documents – my steuernummer, VAT number, and even a confirmation letter from the tax office – but I haven't received any response from Amazon despite numerous attempts to contact them. They're urging me to update the information in Seller Central, but simultaneously, they're in the process of verifying my entire identity, which is preventing me from making the necessary changes.
In the tax section of Seller Central, all my tax identification numbers are listed as "verified," and my full name is correctly listed as the primary contact. So, I'm confused as to what exactly the issue is.
Previously, my legal entity was named Global Import e. K., but I made the decision to remove the "e. K." for legal reasons. I've provided Amazon with proof of my company certificate, clearly showing my name and the legal business name. Despite my efforts to reach out to Amazon multiple times, I haven't had any success in resolving this matter.
I've attached all relevant information, including my verified tax numbers, for reference.
Any advice or suggestions on how to proceed would be greatly appreciated.
