Hi @Seller_mZJm8FiMxYtWd,
Sorry to hear about your situation. According to the Brand Registry FAQ (https://sellercentral.amazon.com/help/hub/reference/G7XU99JWVLB645MU), under the section "When trying to enroll my brand, I was notified that the trademark is already enrolled. What can I do?", there are two possible paths:
- During the Brand Registry application, you can share your contact information with the current Administrator. However, since you mentioned past issues with someone selling under your brand, they might not respond or cooperate if they're the current Administrator.
- If the Administrator is inactive (or doesn't respond), you should see a form link during the application process where you can submit an appeal. This link is only visible to eligible users, and as the trademark owner, you should qualify.
Since you're the legitimate trademark owner, make sure to have your trademark documentation ready to support your appeal.
Hope this helps!
Kind regards, Michael
