304-7448623-4489903 -This customer tries to return and she couldnt return and we have provided full refund. Though,she filled -Z claim.
306-5981471-9756337- This customer couldnt reach out her product/ Although Asendia says that the package was delivere\ we have provided full refundbut she filled A-z claim.
302-9461188-4487560- Fedex stated that the package was delivered successfully/ But the customer filled A-Z claim/
These claims affects our ODR negatively/ Please help us to fix it/ Thanks/

You are here in the seller forum where sellers exchange ideas and help each other and NOT an Amazon support channel.
It doesn't matter what ‘Asendia’ shows - Amazon charges from 15 euros including shipping a full parcel shipment with Amazon trackable tracking. And I'm not sure if Fedex can do that at all. Furthermore, you need a return address in Germany, if you don't have one, Amazon A-Z will accept it without you being able to do anything.
Since this or these topics have been discussed en masse here in the forum since 1 January 2025, you should also take a look at the threads on this. It feels like 3-4 sellers open threads like this every day, so you will find all the information if you make an effort to read the threads.
