How to handle 'ready to ship' product when sending to Amazon
Hi - I wasn't able to find much existing info on this situation so hoping someone can help.
My product is already in a box that is 'ready to ship' (it arrives this way from manufacturer). I would like to send these boxes to Amazon in 'ready to ship' condition. In other words, I do not want the boxes opened at the Amazon warehouse but rather stored and ultimately shipped in the same box they arrive to the warehouse in. The boxes are fairly large (38x38x6) so would like to avoid having to put the boxes in another box due to the additional cost and waste of large boxes.
My first question is how to set up the shipment. Do I ship as individual units or as a case pack with 1 unit per box?
Next question - should I apply a 'do not open' and/or 'sold as set' sticker to the boxes so that Amazon knows not to open the box?
I would appreciate any insight any other sellers might have on this situation or someone from Amazon chiming in with guidance. Thank you!

If I were you (having sold FBA for over a decade), I'd slap several 'DO NOT OPEN' or "SOLD AS SET' labels on the mfg box. You'll also include an FNSKU label, the FBA label and the shipping label. If you send via LTL you don't need a shipping label, but you'll still need a carton label on each inbound box.
Please note -- that if/when you get a return, there's no guarantee that the mfg box will be in good enough condition to use again. You also want to make sure that you understand the high cost of oversized FBA storage and fulfillment fees. A box your size has a dimensional weight of about 62#.
