Brand Invoice Rejected

I have purchased an inventory from brand and submitted an invoice also but my account is deactivated due to invoice not accepted by Amazon. Invoice has all the information like products, number of units purchased, brand info, my company details, bank accounts detail, transaction details. The Invoice is up to the standard of Amazon but its been rejected. There is also system based error from Amazon regarding quantity and brand name miss spelled due to which error occurred. I have given all the proofs like shipment IDs units expected and received by Amazon are the same without any discrepancy or any problem. even though my account is deactivated.
