I am about to start offering free returns for my items and I am wanting to use my own return labels to issue for any returns. Does Amazon allow for this or do they automatically use their labels? We have terrible issues as most of our shipments are multi-package returns and it is a pain to try to get the customer to properly initiate multiple returns for a single order to get multiple labels. Essentially the customer has to open up a return for every "shipping box" to get a separate label.
