Vendor Central

My Vendor Central has been hacked and unable to get into the account. I am unable to open a case because it is stating the Administrator email is not recognized. I have attempted to get help through Amazon corporate, Seller Central and the help button on vendorcentral but all lead back and say it does not recognize the email address but yet we got PO's. Has anyone been able to contact vendorcentral by some means ? As stated the Help button just results in canned responses the email address is not recognized.
