Best Deals and Lightning Deals -our qualified product has not been recommended
We have requested through Amazon support to look into one of our best selling product and recommend it for either Best Deals or Lightning Deals. Our product meets all the criteria. However in the replies to the case, it says Amazon cannot disclose some reasn why our product could not be recommended. All we're asking is for Amazon to take a second look at our product. Also it's been so long no product has been recommended in our Deals page.

Hello @Seller_Iwwfz9r8akTD4- Thank you for the post here! I regret to hear about your items not being recommended for deals. As mentioned, this is not something any Amazon team can force but Im happy to request a secondary review but will need the Case ID from your previous Seller Support case. Please do remember, eligible products are automatically displayed in the Eligible ASINs section of the Deals Dashboard when they meet the criteria. Because of other criteria that Amazon is unable to disclose, it is possible that certain ASINs may not receive a recommendation although they meet the criteria listed above.
