Refund Administration Fee
Hi Sellers,
This weekend I had a buyer submit a return "Bought by Mistake" after I printed a label but did not ship it yet. So I issued refund, and submitted a refund request for the label.
My question, is there any way to get credited for the Refund Administration Fee because this was basically like an order cancellation?

Hi @Seller_32etRjIwqBYcJ, sadly since the label was already printed, this was a return. The referral fee will be refunded but the refund administration fee will not be.
