Buy shipping for royal mail missing options
Hi all,
Some of my orders are missing royal mail delivery options when using buy shipping, Next day orders do not have the option for royal mail special delivery and some standard orders are not showing 2nd class options, anyone else having issues?

I have issues with some places such as Channel Islands, Northern Ireland and Scottish Islands where it won't let me choose 2nd Class Letter Post and only let me choose 1st Class Letter Post.

I sometimes find this, I usually don't purchase but leave for a while and go back into purchase labels and all the options then reappear

post.aRe you sending items to a business location? If it has opening hours, Amazon take this into account when determining if an item will arrive on time.
For example, if I want to send an item next day delivery on a Friday but the business is closed on Saturday, I can't select RM24 tracked.
It's annoying and as far as I can tell a relatively recent change. In these cases I buy using RM click&drop instead.

It won't let me ship Tracked 24 if I try to apply postage after my cut off time that day so I use Royal Mail Click & Drop for those.
If it's during the day I change the weight by 1g and it normally resets the postage.

Are you purchasing Royal Mail postage via Amazon? I send every item using a tracked service (mainly evri) but never get the option for Royal Mail. The same applies for my international sales. I don't see the option for Royal Mail International Tracked, hence I have to purchase on the RM website. Does anyone else have this issue?
