Why can't remove fake review?
Why I can't remove a fake review? I've have opened several tickets about it but I just get automated replies. Customer said he received the wrong item but I have pictures to prove him wrong. Why Amazon can't do anything about it?

Tatiana from Amazon here. Both customer reviews and seller feedback must very specific criteria in order to be removed, and are only removed in very specific cases.
I do realize how frustrating it is to receive a negative review, but we want customers to represent themselves as authentically as possible so Amazon tries to interfere as little possible.
