Customer did not return the item
Hi !
I need a help - Amazon refund the amount to the customer after A to Z .
The customer did not return the item , so now we do not have the stove and we do not have the money.
Customer claim that he did not receive the money at his account ( 10days have passed after Amazon initiated the refund).
So what can I do in this case ?

Amazon will not help you, the customer does not seem to be cooperative, either
So: send an invoice and a return label by mail and demand to either pay the invoice or return the item. neither nor happens, you have to resort to legal means.
Again: Communications by mail only, do not send emails via Amazon.
