ISBN not recognized (how to get Amazon to verify the ISBN?)
A search of the forums shows that Amazon has a major issue verifying ISBN numbers, because the support staff only knows to verify against the GS1 database, but ISBNs in the US are managed by Bowker. I'm going in circles with support, and they just keep asking for the same information (GS1 certificates, publisher name, etc.), without looking at the info I'm providing that shows them everything they need to verify the ISBN numbers against Bowker. Has anyone had success working through this? (My case number is 15435044231 in case an Amazon staff member sees this).

I see the latest update on CASE ID 15435044231 says you should now be able to list with the publisher you were looking to list against. Please make sure that you use the publisher name mentioned in the case (It is Case Sensitive). The publisher name can be filled in the manufacturer attribute as well as the Publisher attribute.
