Invoice cannot be accepted. No reason given. Seller Support requesting another?
Amazon lost 19 units of a 20 unit shipment. Claiming there was 1 unit inside of a large box when there should have been 20.
I have no idea how that's possible.
I sent the invoice that the manufacturer gives me for purchasing my units, expecting to get a credit for the lost inventory.
Case ID - 14177449481
Seller support replies, word for word,
Please note that I have reviewed the invoice provided; however, it cannot be accepted.
Therefore, in order to continue with this investigation, please provide another invoice.
Seriously? Should I ask my supplier to send the super secret invoice that Amazon likes and not the regular invoice they issue?

You invoice should include
• detailed list of products (at least 10 per item, Product name, model number or UPC that can be verified online)) ,
• terms of sale (net30/net60/cash..)
• must be by the brand itself or a brand authorized distributor (not a retail store for the general public, not some back door pallet seller wanna be distributor )
• your full business name and address, as entered in seller central
• a COMPLETED transaction ( order shipped),
• suppliers full name and contact details, (e-mail, phone or both)

Hi @Seller_vSOOwekJLU6c0,
Dominic from Amazon here, happy to help.
Please note, Invoices, signed packing slips, and retail sales receipts (from physical or online stores) are the only documents accepted as valid proof of ownership.
We do not accept pro forma invoices, sales confirmations, purchase orders, or other documents that do not show a completed sale and delivery of the items.
I took a look at your case and I can see you did provide multiple documents. Let me escalate internally to see if its something the team can assist with.
Best,
Dominic
