Compliance Certificate/Document in whose name
Hi there!
My recent listing needs uploading a compliance certificate as the category is related to babies. I need to know if the certificate needs to be in the name of my amazon store or my brand. I am selling in generic category though. In that case, in whose name the certificate should be issued?

After review, product compliance documentation should be your listed business name that is in your seller account. You should be able to locate this under the setting options in the top right-hand of Seller Central, but I will also link our help page on Children's Product Certificates here in case it helps, thanks!
