Customer Damage REASON used for Fullfillment DAMAGED
Amazon Fulfillment Warehouses are changing to Customer Damaged to avoid paying the following
1) Removal Order returns become void / Shipping damaged doesnt matter, Warehouse damaged doesnt matter, if they put "customer damaged" on ANYTHING it lets them off the HOOK for ANY ISSUE related to the item
2) Customer put fulfillment date missed, Issue reason CHANGED by Amazon AFTER it had gone 2 FBA Warehouses to "customer damaged"
3) Amazon is unable to provide ANY PROOF the item was customer damaged and NOT FBA damaged in all cases
This has been a continual pattern that we noticed to increase in the last 24 months with the last 12 months having an INCREASED presence in our data reviews

ITEM was returned to seller as REMOVAL order and DAMAGED with PICTURES of SHIPPING DAMAGE included but "customer damage" listed with NO PROOF from amazon
