I'm looking for any help regarding the Hierarchy Document that is needed for KYC verification. We have supplied around 20 variants of this document that (i believe) meet the criteria set by Amazon, with all being rejected. @Ezra_AmazonAre you able to advice please on Case ID: 10963019792

That my not be it's official title - I think Amazon use the term "Organisational chart" which shows
- Beneficial owners
- % of shares etc..

As forum moderators, we aren't able to advice with documents to KYC verification.
But I did take a look at case ID 10963019792, and it looks like Seller Support sent you an explanation about 4 days ago. Did you get a chance to check that out?
