Missing Inventory FBA shipments
I would like to get some help from a Moderator if possible. I have several shipments I sent to Amazon only for them to receive the shipment on one day and several days later, claim they received a negative quantity of that shipment. This is now into double digits of shipments this has happened with and well over $10,000. I have submitted all the invoices for these items, proof of delivery and screen shots of the Inventory Ledger and yet Amazon claims they never received these items. Some of these shipments they closed without any chance of submitting an appeal on as well. Any help is greatly appreciated!

Join the Club! I've sent in many shipments where I am positive all the items were exactly the count I made. I do the shipments myself and fill the factory box so I know how many fit because it's the same amount that came out of the factory box....just in multi packs!
Some were 48 of an items and they only said there was 24! Amazon has a definite SHRINKAGE PROBLEM where either employees are stealing items on check in or UPS is opening my shipments and stealing a lot of the products. I too have had this happen so many times I can't keep track. If you find a solution, please let me know!

The same thing just happened to me, I sent 40 pieces and only 30 were registered; I packed and labeled myself, and they don't want to accept my claim, they assure that only 30 pieces were received; that's stealing.
They must have cameras to make sure the employee doesn't steal.
