I have a responsible person for my CE marked products, and it has been updated on Amazon as required.
Do i need to put the details of the responsible person on the packaging of my products?

According to seller help (just search for GPSR for full requirements) :
"Label those products with the contact information, including the postal and electronic address, of the Responsible Person. This labeling can be attached to the product, its packaging, the parcel or an accompanying document."

Were you subscribed to Amazon's Responsible Person Service before you updated your responsible person?
We are, and I cannot see how to update our SKU's with our new responsible person as I just have a message which states 'You are currently subscribed to ARP. You will not be able to make changes to your subscription until future notice'.
