Brand registry status " answered" for ABBAS GC 133
my case ID: 10706794442
My application is still is pending and showing the status “answered”
I try to contact Amazon help center but they are not able to access to my case ID. It almost one month now and the case is stuck not rejected not approving as I am waiting to list my product.
If anyone can help I will be very grateful.

I can see in the case, that you might have accidentally closed the case yourself. In this case please submit a new application.
