Lucid application

lucid is what? i send my items to fba in cardboardbox, and it is certainly approved in eu. must i now get a lucid number? nobody has tell me about that.

Usually, you have to take care to fulfil all legal obligations.
On the other hand: Somebody will contact you, eventually. That’s the case, when “they” find out, that you didn’t meet legal requirements - usually this then comes with a hefty fine attached as well.
So, better start your business registrations before going live, some of them may take quite a while (months), Amazon usually needs weeks/months too to accept them.

A LUCID registration is required for your cardboard box - and for the shipping material used by Amazon, too.
Check, if you need a WEEE registration as well - if you sell anything remotely “electric”, that’s probably the case.
Other registrations might be necessary as well, but this depends on the items you are selling.
Oh, and don’t forget your VAT registration, when doing business from outside Germany.

You need definitly a registration at LUCID as well as a contract for waste disposal with a certified company (eg. reclay, Noventiz, Lizenzero). For further information you can use Google. If you want to compare prices, you can do it here:
