Bellacocool EPR Spain are terrible, is AVASK any better?
Has anyone had any luck registering for EPR in Spain with Bellacocool? Is AVASK any better?
No one answers the Bellacocool phone number in Germany. The person I am dealing with is based in China and has no knowledge of Spanish documents or what the requirements are. They have not clocked that we are based in the UK and not in China, so they have sent links to the Spanish Consulate in China for the document verification appointment.
I am a fluent Spanish speaker, so I can work out what is required, but I find myself having to tell the Bellacocool rep what to do
