I am unable to save tracking numbers and it's affecting my shipping performance
Lately, we’ve noticed 2 issues with saving tracking numbers, I am hoping someone else has similar problems or can guide me on how to fix this.

After we create a shipment, if we leave the “Track Shipment” page, to enter the tracking number, and later come back to that page, we are unable to add a tracking number.

We use DHL, and mostly ship 2 boxes at a time. DHL will give the same tracking number for both shipments, we’ve never had an issue using the same tracking number before, but now we get an error advising that we need unique tracking numbers. If we don’t combine our shipping, our shipping costs will go up about $200 a day.
We live in Canada, but sell on Amazon.com, so we can’t use Amazon’s partnered carriers.
