Payments / Charge Methods / Bank Account Information - Seller Central
Although our cards and properly verified and we have everything double-checked with banks, for some markets (NL for instance), we cannot receive money - in the section ''Bank Account Information'' everything is in green (no issue).
In ''Charge Methods'' it says : ''Unable to charge - Amazon is not able to charge with the listed charge methods. This could be either due to incorrect details or lack of bank's permission for respective marketplace.''
We just opened First Bank (from Amazon Selling Partner Appstore), but they do not provide card number, only IBAN. It is recommended by Amazon. In the section ''Charge Methods'' there is only card number format to provide...

Did you already open a case with Seller Support? If yes, could you post here the case ID so I could give a look on the issue?
In which marketplaces do you have this issue?
