I submited a detailed appeal on the 12th december that appears to have been declined, i have now called account health, they are saying i need an excel sheet with all tracking nos plus delivery status, problem is our orders are in the tens of thousands, we also use royal mail 48, and this is not really ment to be tracked, so how can i handle this, any advise would be mush appreciated.

You'll need to supply that Excel sheet. They don't necessarily need all of them - just examples. So unless they ask, you don't need to supply all tens of thousands.

Also, Royal Mail 48 does still have a delivery confirmation scan, so they would accept that.

If you down load your vtr report this might be a start for you as that has all the tracking numbers. Unfortunately this only covers the ones that have not been scanned so may not be what your after for proof. Whats your vtr score as if your sending 24hr tracked then you should be in the black behind the scenes. Bit starnge that amazon are asking for this informationas they should have it all to hand themselves. Presuming that linworks is providing all the Data back to Amazon (by the number of people using it I assume this is the case)

Also take a look at the order reports section in your seller dashboard there are some reports there that may be of use.
