Brand registry Video verification
Hey everyone,
I need some advice. I'm currently in the process of registering my brand on Amazon, and they asked me to join a video verification call and show 50 product samples. However, all my products are shipped directly from China to Amazon FBA warehouses, so I can't provide samples during the video verification.
I've reached out to Amazon Brand Registry support, explaining the situation and asking if there are alternative ways to verify my brand. I'm also offering to provide documents to prove my identity and brand ownership, like trademark registration, invoices, and shipping documents.
If anyone has experienced something similar or has suggestions on how to handle this, I'd love to hear your advice. I want to ensure everything goes smoothly, and I'm ready to provide whatever documentation Amazon needs.

Dougal from the Community Manager Team here and I'll be happy to provide some direction on the video verification. First, there is not currently a substitute for the video verification, this is a requirement for your application.
My recommendation is that you respond (Before the deadline listed in the case) via the link provided in the case and schedule a time when you have 50 units in your possession to complete the verification call.
The only path forward at this point for your brand application is the video verification and Brand Registry may not respond to the current case ID in time before your deadline.
I know this is not ideal, but I have seen other sellers via the forums miss their deadline and this has cause other downstream issues like the inability to reapply.
