LUCID Problem

We registered the LUCID number on Aug 4th, and we submitted the number on EPR page on the third day, but it shows invalid, and says : The provided registration number is not present on the government register. We have checked all the information, compay name, address , name, they are all right. Then we send screen shots to Amazon, including the search result on LUCID webside , inactive screen shot on Amazon EPR page. Then on Aug 16th, we received Amazon's reply as below:

Thank you for contacting us with regard to EPR requirements for packaging in Germany.

We have evaluated your case and can confirm that your appeal has been accepted. Your validation results will appear on the EPR Compliance Portal (https://sellercentral-europe.amazon.com/spx/myc/epr-compliance) within the 48-72 hours.

Note that you can only check the validation result on the EPR Compliance Portal. You will not find this information on the “Selling application for Germany Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) – Packaging”.

But till now, it is Aug 23th, the EPR backend still shows: The provided registration number is not present on the government register. So my problem still haven't been resolved.

What's wrong with LUCID number submitting?

Is there any other method to resolve this problem?

thanks for your post here.

You mention that the last reply has been from the 16th of August. In this case, did you try to reopen the case and inform that the dashboard is still not updated? When clicking on the case in your case log within Seller Central, you should have the option to reopen it.

I would suggest you, to do this, so the responsible team can check why the dashboard is not yet updated.
