How to speak to a real person on the Seller Performance Team
Is there an actual way to get to talk to a real person as I feel like I am speaking with an algorithm. One of my products go a policy violation. I sell dolls for kids with heart conditions. I believe it was flagged mistakenly because the pictures show the dress of the doll up so you can see the heart surgery scar. I have tried telling them this over and over and they keep sending me the same generic response asking for more information, asking for how I am going to fix the problem. I can't fix the problem as I am not violating anything. I keep telling them this and 4 times I've gotten the same generic Amazon email. It is driving me nuts. I feel like if I could get an actual person then they would take one look at my listing and see I am not violating anything. Any help would be great!
