Understanding a Multiple Accounts Policy Violation
Hello, we had two accounts used on the same computer, one belonging to me and the other to my brother. My brother's account was closed due to a brand (policy) violation, and I continued using my own account. About 1 month later (3 days ago), my U.S. account was also closed. When I spoke with the Turkey Seller Performance Specialist, they suggested first reopening my brother's account and then, through a brief appeal, reopening my own account. There is no shared information; the emails and entered cards into the system are all separate. Reopening my brother's account seems challenging, and the text on Amazon suggests that if I can prove my case, they will reopen my account. What can I do?

You both used the same computer (IP Address), that is how you were connected. In order for you to open your account he has to reactivate his account.

This video will show you how to address the violation: Address a Multiple Account Policy violation
You'll need to tell Amazon they became linked by you both using the same computer, then provide evidence that the two accounts are not related in any other way. If the two accounts shared any other information, you probably won't be able to reactivate yours.

Hello @Seller_5qwdhzhTfQD9w
I understand that you and your brothers account have been found to be associated to each other. If you were accessing the accounts through similar devices and such, then it would indicate you as being associated. The only way to resolve this would be to reactivate your brothers account as mentioned when you spoke with our team.
Any other attempts to resolve the issues may result in a rejection as our team would see the shared information as an active association. This will be the situation even if there was not any other information shared between the accounts. If you are unable to get your brothers account reactivated, then you may be unable to reactivate your account.
