Cancel Refund Failed ???
Recently I was unable to cancel refund even when refund was pending.
I tried to cancel right after refund was processed. But keep getting error "Your refund request was unsuccessful. Please try again in a few minutes."
Please fix this.

The first step would be to file a case with the Seller Support team. Any major escalation will need a Case ID and also this documents the issue happening to your account.
If you have already done so, please share the Case Id and I can take a look from my end.
