FBA shipment lost in the fulfillment center

I had a FBA shipment (shipped 11/21/2023) lost in the fulfillment center, Amazon received my shipment on Jan 6 to an Amazon Warehouse in Joliet, IL. I have sent approximately 168 units, but Amazon only received 20 units, others lost. Until now my product is inactive and my shipping status is closed.

I did claim this and sent proof of delivery from UPS(contains all tracking ID number and specific items), proof of purchase and the name of the individual who signed for the shipment at the fulfillment center.

I have been asking Amazon about other shipments since I received the shipment on January 6th. I have been told that I will wait until February 20th to be eligible to start the investigation. After February 20th, I will prepare to apply for investigation. It shows that the investigation has been completed, which is not true at all. opportunity to appeal. Then I kept opening cases and asking Amazon customer service if there was any specific solution. The customer service kept delaying and did not give a specific solution. It has been going on for more than two months and there is still no progress. They kept replying to provide information, but no Specify what information is required.

How do I proceed? Can an amazon specialist contact me please?
