Wrong Product Information in Amazon's Catalog Error 8541
We are facing a serious problem, when we try to list our new products with barcodes, Amazon says the products have been existing in Amazon's Catalog. We are the owner of those barcodes, and we are 100% sure the production information is wrong in Amazon's Catalog. We are the brand owner, and we are the owner of the barcodes, we have all legal document to prove that.
My question is: why our brand new barcodes are used on Amazon by other sellers, and how to claim back the barcodes

Reopen your case and send the certificate from GS1 proving that this UPCs are attributed to you, exactly as listed in your seller account under "Legal Entity" and "Official Registered Address". If you just bought the codes, the systems need some time to synchronize.
