Opt out of B2B Sales

Hello,

Received a message from a business customer in France who has an invoice from customs.

We use OBA linked to C&D which works fine (usually) for IOSS orders.

But as businesses are exempt from IOSS, we are have issues sending DDP, especially for lower value orders.

Does anyone know if it’s possible to opt out of B2B sales?

Am I correct in assuming Amazon expects us to send DDP to both personal and business customers?

You can’t really opt out of selling to business customers.
Your only real option, if this is an issue, is to not make sales outside the UK.
