Ongoing Issue with Incorrect Product Categorization

I'm reaching out because I've been experiencing a recurring issue with the categorization of my product. Every week, the product category is being changed automatically without any action on my part. At times, the product has been categorized as a book, and other times as a handbag—both of which have nothing to do with the actual nature of my product. This is creating confusion for customers, negatively impacting the visibility of my listing, and seriously affecting my sales.

I wanted to reach out to you to see if the product categorization issue was still occurring? I saw back on May 23rd, 2025 on CASE ID ending in 9201 that you had product ending in 6C7K moved to a different category.

Was that the ASIN that was being affected and did Selling Partner Support fix the issue for you or is there another ASIN that has been getting changed?

If there is another ASIN involved, please share the CASE ID associated to that ASIN so I may begin reviewing what the possible issue may be. I look forward to hearing back from you soon. Have a terrific rest of your Tuesday!
