FBA Shipment Lost Since October 2, 2024
I shipped 150 units to Amazon (FBA) on October 2, 2024. UPS scanned the package but seems to have lost it. When I contact UPS, they refer me to Amazon. When I try to open a ticket with Amazon, it is closed and they cannot help me until December 31, 2024. Is it normal to have to wait 3 months for a lost package? It's messing up my FBA numbers for this SKU. I know I need to ship more and I can do the math but it always thinks these 150 skus are on the way. It also seems unreasonable that we have to sit here and wait to recover the lost money we invested in our product. All of our stuff is handmade using premium ingredients. It's disheartening and seems very strange. Am I out of line here to think this? Is this normal? Thank you for reading!

No investigation will be started until after 12/31/2024. If there are discrepancies in your shipment at that time, you can request investigation through the Reconcile page for your shipment.

When Amazon said it will not be dealing with FBA intake, and problems associated with, after the second week of October, they meant it.

However, you will need to wait until the date provided to be eligible for an investigation.
Once you are eligible, you can request the investigation, so the team in charge can follow up on this.
