Formal Complaint Regarding Amazon Transparency Program Manager
Background:
As a seller who has been on Amazon for less than two years, I promptly reached out to the Transparency Program manager to register my brand as soon as my trademark was approved. However, I found the registration process overly complicated and required frequent communication with the assigned manager.
Most recently, I encountered an issue while attempting to edit the secondary landing page for my product’s scannable code. I wanted to upload videos and images to improve the page. To ensure compliance, I reached out to the manager to inquire about the format requirements for the videos and images. Instead of providing a straightforward answer, the manager shared a one-hour pre-recorded video link, instructing me to find the information there myself.
I spent an hour watching the video, only to find that it briefly touched on the topic without providing the specific details I needed. I followed up multiple times, requesting a clear written document outlining the format requirements mentioned in the video. However, the manager ignored my request.
Eventually, the manager, seemingly impatient, told me, “Then find another manager. Whoever is willing to assist you, you can transfer to them.”
Complaint:
I am extremely dissatisfied with the attitude and lack of support provided by the Transparency Program manager. Such behavior is deeply discouraging for small sellers and new sellers like myself who rely on Amazon’s programs to grow their businesses.
I urge the Amazon team to take this matter seriously and address this issue. Sellers should not have to deal with uncooperative managers, especially when we are making efforts to comply with program requirements.

Well, it is going to take a little more time. From now until January, Amazon is not interested in new brands or products on the site. Nothing against the sellers, it is just to protect the buyers from problems they may or may not encounter.

You can urge how strong you want, nothing will change.... You are on Amazon, Amazon is a self service platform and each seller has to find the solution himself. Often you find an answer on Google.
You are a new seller. You have to get used to this. Amazon has almost 10 million sellers with thousands of new aspirants daily. Nobody was waiting for us.

Hi there, my name is CR and wanted to hop in here quickly. I apologize for the frustration that your Transparency manager has caused here and certainly know this is not the type of experience we want you to experience.
Are you looking to get in touch with another Transparency manager and still have some questions/issues related to Transparency?
In any event, I will share this feedback internally as well. I'll hang tight here in case you are still looking to communicate with a Transparency manager.
