Buyer asks for a return label-FBM order
A buyer was requesting a return label. But the order is FBM order and I am not sure if the buyer can get the return label mailed by Amazon. Do you think my reply is okay? Below is the reply.

Hi,
We don't need seller RMA to refund you. The tracking number or packing slip would help us locate your order. If you are looking for a printed label, unfortunately as a 3rd party seller I can not mail you a return label. The system may provide an option for you to request a return label in the return requesting process(you may need to pay Amazon $1) but I have no access to the shipping label or QR code.
The return shipping is paid by the seller.

Have they opened a return request? OR are they just fishing for a label for some reason?
If they open a return request AMAZON will automatically send them a PDF file label for the return. Go to the open return and click on "additional information" and it will drop down and show a tracking number.
It will also show that the item has been shipped -- THAT is a flat out lie. It just means Amazon "shipped" the label to the buyer.
If the above is correct and there actually is a return request open already all your response will do is PI#$ off the buyer. ( I hope you didn't send that before asking) .
IF the "buyer" has NOT opened a return request tell them to go to their orders and request a return. Inform them that once they do that AMAZON will send them a prepaid label.
NOW -- you need to go to Seller U and study some stuff that you seems to have missed there.
