Amazon granting every A-Z claim without asking for justifications.

We received two claims 1 for non delivery and other one for damaged or defective products.

In case 1: the product was delivered on time and we have submitted every detail in our A-Z claim to Amazon but our appeal was denied. The buyer received the product and opened a return request too and he was issued a return label but, he opened a claim and stated that he didn't receive the product Amazon granted him a full refund and he keeps the product too. Product cost: 180+, Meanwhile, the buyer was also sending messages that he had the product and he wanted to cancel so he opened a request.

Case 2: The product was delivered with no damage and delivered before the expected time, the buyer never contacted us and opened an A-Z Claim and the reason stated: Customer comments: "Is anything missing? No. Do you want to return the item? Yes. Is anything broken? No. Could you provide more details? The item doesn't meet my expectations. Please describe the problem I'm unhappy with my customized order. Reason Code: DAMAGED_OR_DEFECTIVE"

and Amazon Granted the claim without asking us anything and the product costs $180+ too.

This is extremely unfair and Amazon is not even following its own policies, we are not even getting our products back and every other buyer just opens a claim and gets a full refund, Amazon doesn't even bother to listen to us. Whenever we talk to the support it's useless and we get only bot replies.

1, ....he opened a claim and stated that he didn't receive the product Amazon granted him a full refund and he keeps the product too.

Amazon buyers know how to scam sellers, that's for sure. And yes, Amazon will refund the buyer in full first, making the seller the one who is responsible for appealing.

Now, an appeal is based on how well crafted by the seller explaining just the facts.

2. The item doesn't meet my expectations. Please describe the problem I'm unhappy with my customized order. Reason Code: DAMAGED_OR_DEFECTIVE"

Correct. We only sell FBM and 85% of out returns come back the same way. Amazon started the RFS program because prior to it, FBM sellers did not have to refund until the product arrived back to the seller. Sellers could refund according to the Amazon published guidelines. If they chose the wrong reason, the seller would correct the reason before refunding. In other words, the scamming buyer was called out on their actions.

Buyers complained, Amazon always refunded in full, and 3rd party sellers followed guidelines, and this was not fair. So, RFS was invented so 3rd Party sellers could join in participating in all the scams and fraud Amazon itself was experiencing. This made every seller on the Amazon site equal.

Remember, your buyer was not defrauding Amazon, the buyer was using the Amazon site in an abusive way to defraud YOU THE SELLER.

Your only solution is a well crafted appeal using as much of the buyer's actions showing how they have abused the RFS system and Amazon site.

It didn't used to be that way, you'd have a chance to represent your case and a representative would overlook the evidence before simply crediting the customer a refund from our pockets.

Now, it's run by bots who grant AtoZ claims automatically. Doesn't matter if the customer signed for it, doesn't matter if they didn't return it.

AtoZ claims have become a free immediate refund button for customers, and customers know it.

Ya, I do not know what is going on. I had a customer open an A-Z claim for a replacement I sent (the first arrived broken). I sent an identical replacement item and they opened an A-Z claim stating that they recieved the wrong product (hint, it was indeed the correct product. I also have surveillance video proof of all my outbound shipments). Amazon granted the A-Z claim on my dime... Things only get worse and never better for us small folks.
