Start by placing Mexico on Vacation.
Then log into your Mexico account (use the drop-down next to your name at the top of Seller Central), and go to Manage All Inventory; from there, select "Delete Product and Listing" for any listings showing up. This may take multiple attempts, but once you get them deleted, you should stop seeing any charges or other references for your Mexico account.
At least, until Amazon decides to list one of your items there again. :-(
@KJ_AmazonWe're seeing a lot of these questions lately; and I've personally experienced Amazon randomly putting one or more of my offers on other marketplaces with no notification. Why is this happening??? Checking every few days to see if it's happened again gets old fast.

Hi @Seller_MnKwOianI3T7C,
Steve from Amazon here, thank you for the question. @Seller_nRFmxiQg4EGrw provided some good advise here. I do recommend placing any stores that you do not wish to sell in on vacation mode and ensure that there is no inventory in that store. You should also make sure that the store switcher in Seller Central is always set to the store you wish to sell in.
@Seller_nRFmxiQg4EGrw, this is part of the North America Unified account program. If this issue is continuing to occur for you, I recommend for you to create a case to Seller Support for further troubleshooting.
Please see here for FAQs on this program.
Thanks,
Steve
