I have several customers during the holiday season that returned something with no packaging and the item was fragile. once returned it was destroyed. How do I get this covered.?

I am sorry the product was returned to you damaged. This is a cost of doing business and over time you should be able to determine the average cost to your business and then you can build that amount into your pricing.
