Enabling Customer Refunds & Returns for FBA Listings
We keep getting 1-star reviews stating that Amazon FBA damaged the customers order and there are no refunds or returns. How do we turn this on so we allow refunds and returns? If a customer receives a damaged FBA item, it should automatically allow refunds/returns but clearly they are not able to. It's starting to get bad and Amazon won't do anything about these 100% FBA responsible negative reviews.
