No Sale in the account from the past one month.

Hello Everyone, I am Afrin. I started my Amazon shop a few months ago. The sales have remained the same since then. Lots of money has already gone into the ad campaigns. It is totally frustrating to understand and correct my mistakes. Kindly advise regarding the marketing and sales.

You don't learn marketing and sales real quick in a seller forum......people spend years learning business.

Hi Afrin ( @Seller_aTRhKEAKJqKDo),

Tatiana from Amazon here. It's nice to meet you (virtually) and we're happy to see you here on the forums!

Starting the online selling journey can be tricky sometimes as it can take time for products to ramp up and become discovered. There are many products online for customers to discover so it can be important to find ways to highlight the benefits of your product and find ways to set yourself apart. Take a look of some of my suggestions below:

1. Take a good look at your detail pages and ensure all the information you would find on a physical product is present (e.g. sizing, dimensions, materials, etc.). You have to remember that the product is not right in front of the customer as they are shopping on Amazon. Be sure to fill in any informational gaps utilizing your detail page. If a customer doesn't understand your product, they may decide to pass on it.

2. While advertising is certainly important, be sure to optimize your searchability and discoverability organically. Organic discoverability is the way customer find your products through search and browsing without clicking into an ad. Be sure you are utilizing keywords on your detail page in the Generic keyword field that are relevant to your product and are in line with current customer shopping trends.

3. Enhance your detail pages once you have the basics down and utilize Vine to help boost new products. As I stated in point 1, the product is not physically in front your customers. These enhancements will further help to educate your customers on the benefits of your product. A well done detail page can also help set you apart from competitors and create more trust with customers.

4. I know you mentioned you are already participating in Ads, but take a look at the post linked below. It has great information when you are first starting out with Ads and will help you discover your advertising goals and how to achieve them.

I have you lots of information to review here so please let me know if you have any questions! The best piece of advice I can give is to think like a customer -- are you enticed by your detail pages? Do your keywords and ads seem relevant to you?
