Vendor Central - Suppressed "Other Reasons"
Hi Everyone,
First time posting to the forums but I just can't find an answer to this so its my only hope. The company I work for has a Seller Central account and a Vendor Central account. I am trying to get my top selling ASIN over to VC but ever time I add it it gets suppressed because of:
"From time to time, Direct Fulfillment offers are temporarily suppressed for business and inventory management reasons, for instance when there is already excess inventory for the item in Amazon’s fulfillment centers. No additional action is required on your part. We will automatically reinstate the offer as soon as circumstances change."
Of course support tells me there is nothing they can do because its a automated system by Amazon. What I dont get is this is a brand new ASIN to the dropship part of VC so they have never sold it there to have any excess stock in their warehouse. We are the only seller of this ASIN on the SC side and all returns come back to us.
Just wondering if anyone else has seen this and if they found a work around?
Thank you!

Hi @IncStores,
Thanks for the post and welcome to the Forums. You will actually need to create a case with Vendor Central.
Best regards and enjoy your weekend.
